Suddenly, organisational needs trump user needs, and the product starts to scream "departments that built it!" The video dives into other crucial points like A/B testing gets prioritised, but at the expense of long-term user satisfaction, Design systems aren't a magic bullet: Consistency doesn't equal usability, why matters more than what: When the "why" gets lost, users struggle to find value and drop off.
